It is easy to find the land in the map, in Lancaster, Palmdale:
From the middle line "Division Street" expand to East and West , Every 10th Street is 1 mile. ( 5th street is in the middle)
From North to South , Ave A-Z ( From A to B is 1 miles, and separate in 16 pieces, A8 is in the middle of A to B is A8 which is half mile to Ave A or Ave B)
The City Boundary in Lancaster/ Palmdale is close to Ave M.
