I just added new features to all my listings, click the listing name and you can view the maps and detail information of the lot.

2008 Economic Round Table Report

I am waiting for this report every year. Now you can download the new 2008 Roundtable report in http://www.aveconomy.org/NEW/Studies.html

You can also find the report from 2000, download and compare, you will find the growth of the Antelope Valley. Check the page 6/7 , Lancaster & Palmdale population, 2007 Milestones. As a investor, you must know these information.

Today's Mercury News: Lots are cheap for a Reason

I suggest all my clients all the time : do homework before invest. Invest the Land that are buildable and with Fair Market Price.

At least, view the land in the google earth, if you don't have time to view the land. Google Earth is not 100% accurate, but you can avoid the land close to the mountain or river, powerline...

Shop around. Yes, Land is unique, but you can get a reference of the sold price around half miles far to this land. Compare with the land in the same zoning...
