San Jose downtown parking map

Downtown San Jose is a very fun place. I love to visit the downtown San Jose City Library and Tech Museum ( Second Sunday of each month is FREE)

You must know the downtown Parking Map , because in some area weekend and after 6PM is free.

There are free classes in Market & San Carols for the business owner, some of the class with very low cost about how to start business, how to get permit....

Overstock.com new add Real Estate

It is the news I got from our California Real Estate Association that now you can search real estate auction, online auction, for sale by owner information from (http://realestate.overstock.com)

My suggestion is you can use it as a search tool, but when you invest real estate , please do careful homework, go visit the house and neighborhood, and you'd better have a local real estate agent to help you and analysis the current market price report.
